At BNY, I worked with the Enterprise Resiliency team under the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), specifically within the Business Continuity & Incident Crisis Management (BCICM) area. Alongside a supportive team, I utilized artifical intelligece, Excel, and Power BI to analyze data and understand patterns in employee concentration risk, as well as develop a counterproposal to modernize employee concentration policies to better protect the bank's $50+ trillion in custody. During the drafting stage, the counterproposal was bought up to tabletop discussion with other major banks such as JPMorgan Chase and State Street.
